The Site offers an editorial directory of hospitality professionals and the venues where they work, supported by verified reviews left by end customers.

By accessing or using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith, refraining from any conduct that could damage, overload or disrupt the Site, infringe third-party rights, breach applicable laws, or upload unlawful, offensive, defamatory or otherwise harmful content.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, databases, source code, graphic design) belongs to Grupo Gastrojoyas S.L. or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

Reviews posted by users remain owned by their authors. By posting a review you grant Grupo Gastrojoyas S.L. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to reproduce, communicate, translate and distribute it through the Site and the channels of Reseniu.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. restaurants, social networks, Google Maps). Grupo Gastrojoyas S.L. is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices.

6. Limitation of liability

Grupo Gastrojoyas S.L. takes reasonable care to keep information on the Site accurate but does not guarantee the absence of errors. Reviews reflect the personal opinion of each user and not the views of Reseniu. Liability for damages arising from use of the Site or from any inability to access it is excluded to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Grupo Gastrojoyas S.L. may modify this notice at any time. Changes take effect when published on the Site.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the access to or use of the Site shall be submitted to the courts of the owner’s registered office, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
