What is Reseniu?
Reseniu is a directory of front-of-house hospitality professionals in Spain —servers, sommeliers, maîtres and managers— where customers leave verified reviews for the person who served them, not for the restaurant.
How do I review a server?
Search for their name or the restaurant, open their profile and tap “Leave a review”, or scan the QR code they show you. You only need to sign in with Google.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. Every review requires a Google account and only one review per month is allowed per customer and professional, which stops fake-review campaigns. Ratings go from 1 to 5 stars, negative ones included.
How much does Reseniu cost?
Nothing. Reseniu is free for customers and for hospitality professionals.
What happens to the reviews when a server changes restaurant?
Reviews belong to the professional: they stay on their profile and follow them to their new job.
